I don't know where you got that idea; we've got three publications currently. SFSA is for general science fiction, Chameleon Factor is for Who specific content, and The Wall of Lies newsletter is for news (IE about Doctor Who,as long as I'm editing it!).

We used to have a Who themed yearbook called Jethryk (or Jethrick), effectively CF has taken over its position as the yearbook. Chameleon Factor was originally called Chameleon (but being a quote from Horror of Fang Rock it's a better name), Wall of Lies (episode four of Marco Polo and the only one without tele-snaps) was once News Sheet, we did a convention booklet for Conpanion (the first ever Doctor Who con in Australia), Matthew occasionally makes a new master for the membership forms and I produce a semi-annual Candidate's Statements for the AGM.

What is Who Believe Who???? Where is WOL#99 or we up to #1000?????? Am I going mad???? I can't even work out what this thread is about? :-P

:-O I like the SFSA publications I think their cool I always wanted to draw a comic, some witty stick figure hero making satirical comments about the state of politics in Australia.

Of course it would have be related to Sci-Fi in some manner, so instead of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, I could call him Captain Jean-Luc Stickard!!!!

Only two problems, I can't draw and the more important problem.... the concept is crap!!!!

Oh well! All I have to say is that 'The Lord President must be obeyed!!!!'

Ok 'Sneb' this is how to draw comics about Politics

1. First you get a piece of paper and a ruler (Pen Required) 2. Rule a series of lines on your paper and no not any old line get your ruler and go down the page to make BIG Lines 3. Write a heading e.g Gross Greens or Dingy Democrats 4. Draw a stick figurines saying something in a speechbubble e.g Who will get in the seat called 'Fisher' 6. Antother guy will come along objecting e.g Me Me Me I'm Max Baumann (Democrat) then make them have a big fight, THE END

Actually, it would be difficult to do a comic of stick figures for Australian Politics,,,,, Kim Beazley and Amanda Vanstone are defanetly not sticks And they are some of the main characters! Then we have to render John Howard's Glasses, Mr Crean's Eye Patch and Tony Abbott's Wooden Leg :-O

When I said the concept was crap, I didn't mean the concept of comics was crap, but rather that my concept for a story to make into a comic was crap... I apologise for the misunderstanding
