As I suggested in the Cybus Corporation thread (see below), the throwaway characters from Planet of the Spiders alone would have made a Torchwood spinoff in the '70s viable.
I don't know that this hasn't been used in novels I haven't read, and would be surprised if it hasn't been done in fan fiction. I suggest we use this for the next round robin. Get some ideas here, continue it in email rotation, then print it!

I've got to really think about this.
