Sutekh without doubt.
One of the classic Dr Who baddies who scared me silly as a kid.
Im glad that this villain wasnt one that JNT decided to bring back during his era. |

Poor old deflating head Styre dosn't have a chance, even tho' Sutekh is greatly tormented by that hand that lives in his chair. Maybe that's why he's so grouchy!

Tegana was also pretty cool, but merely having a horse and sword compared to an army of killer robots...!

Terileptils for sure.
Definately one of the best new monsters introduced during the JNT era.
Totally without remorse and compassion - just what every baddie should be! |

Thawn was somewhat overshadowed by the title monster!

I'll go for the villains on The Pirate Planet - classic Douglas Adams baddies. |

The Great Vampire for sure.
State of Decay had great villains, very chilling. |

The Marshal's speciality of yelling dosn't seem relevant--maybe the Great Vampire will recruit him?

I've always had a soft spot for The Master: there was just something fun about a classically machiavelian villain with a goatee and a black cape cruising around the universe in a greek pillar hamming it up to his neck tie.
There are countless other villains who were creepier and more sinister (Davros!), but somehow, The Master has always stayed with me from my childhood memories.
And except for the inevitable defeats coming his way, he was the closest thing to an equal the Dr. had. |

Who else can I choose but The Master? Enough said!
Although I love the Autons as well. |

I'll go for The Rani, even though the stories she appeared in were pretty bad. At least she posed some genuine threat.
Plus I love Kate O'Mara - a very campy actress |

Interestingly the WA Doctor Who club use West Lodge as their name to this day--interesting because it's so obscure even Ross had to think about the origin of the term!
oooo!

Since Ive seen very little of Evil of the Daleks, I'll have to go for The West Lodge- although I strangely can't recall them much either. |

The West Lodge were the bad Formosi in The Leisure Hive and they've just been defeated by The Rani. Tlotoxl was the priest in The Aztecs, John Ringwood doing Richard III. Maxtible had wandered out of Dickens though--I can see him yelling "MORE!!!?!" at Oliver Twist!
I'd go for him over Tlotoxl.

I'll go for Tobias. Even though I havent seen the story, I did read the novelisation for it, and he made for a great villain, according to what I read. So he gets the nod. |

Valeyard without question.
Such a fascinating villain, who I think should definately come back sometime - much more potential to be had I think.
He was one of the very few good things about the entire Trial season. |
