I'll also go with the Eldrad but its he/she is a bit like suteck. they both where imprisoned by some one the get free and as they try to get back to earth the 4yh doctor foils there evil plot.

great intellingence for me, even thou when you think about it trying to beat the same doctor twice with the same gimick is not that smart. if the cyberman and daleks can not do it why does he think he can. oh yeah hes the great intellingence. is that a name or a title that gets passed around?

It's assumed to be the same Great intelligence--there was supposed to be a third bout, but they annoyed the writers--it's had Cthulhu mythos hung off it since...

In the last round we had Kal from Unearthly Child take on Light from Ghost Light. Kal ended up in a suit with tails serving tea, and now gets beaten by nasty old Kalik from Carnival of Monsters.
