The bumper sized issue 80 of Doctor Who themed fanzine Chameleon Factor is distributing.
Includes: Martin Dunne's The Three G's: Who in AU part 2 (covering Doctor Who screeings in Australia from 1973 to 1985), Daniel Frankham's 86-93 (to the end of the ABC screenings), Anthony Daly's The Annuals of History, fiction by Melanie Caddy and Matthew Fazakerley, a memorial for Robert Holmes and reviews of the new Doctor Who and Inside the Tardis. Cover and art by Neal Powell, 68 pages.
I have been reading the latest edition of "Chameleon Factor" and it's content is as every bit as entertaining and interesting as Dr Who Magazine from the 1990s (the best years of DWM).
Thoroughly enjoyed Martin's nostalgic/academic analysis of Dr Who screenings in Australia, and have learned a lot about repeats of the show, too.
> Good luck, Martin on your thesis - if this article of yours is a prelude to your work, then I think you'll be a winner!!!!!
CF 80 answered questions for me, taken me on wonderful trips down memory lane, and kept me entertained.
The only problem with it is I didn't get to contribute anything - then it would have been perfect ;)
Well done, guys!!!!
(I may as well have bought a mini size 1990s Dr Who Magazine; it's just as good!!!!!)
