Quite right too ! I thought the story was quite original-ish and would have succeeded without an established vehicle format. It would have made a great episode or two for something like the Twilight Zone/Outer Limits, though it must be said, in the hands of the Who team and with an established format it was undoubtedly much more easily accessible. I also have to admit it brought tears to my eyes but then, so do adverts for Andrex toilet roll with the Andrex pupppy. (Just kidding about that last bit.)
