Torchwood premiere date
03/06/2007 14:27 GMT

Posted by Martin

Torchwood will debut on Network TEN on  June 18, 2007.

Despite the press embargo only lifting today (Monday June 4), fans have already groaned at the near synchronisation of plot between the Torchwood series and Doctor Who series three, beginning two weeks later. However the time slot of Monday 21.30 is pure gold, and will likely see good ratings. The only TEN affiliate which has committed to the show is Southern Cross Broadcasting.

Woah! Slow down there, Tex!
Don't knopw about Battlestar Galactica, but hopefully this marks a turning point in our formerly lukewarm relationship with TEN. Likewise ratings, ABC's been very generous and possibly TEN will be good enough to help us out--if the ratings arwe good!
Yer membership--have to look that one up...!

Yes and no--Torchwood on the 18th (if you'd call that Who),
The Runaway Bride on the 28th and Smith and Jones on the 30th. But I'd agree July is going to be pretty Whoful!

No, quite the opposite--this club's been ripped off so many times where I have always felt we are owed due credit when someone quotes us.
Having said that I'm quite OK with the current situation as the media companies are treating us professionaly, and the other groups are crediting when quoting.
