hmm, another tough one.
Sea Devils was an excellent action packed story that had all of the elements that made the Pertwee era so good.
But then again, Seeds of Doom was a very atmospheric story that put the Ice Warriors to good use.
I'll give it to Sea Devils, if only for the fantastic swordfight between the Dr and The Master.
I'll give the other one to The Sontaran Experiment. That was one of the few 2 parters that really worked, and had good acting by the leads.

And Sontaran over Museum, any day!
The Sun Makers vs The Talons of Weng-Chiang.

Talons by a mile! I love that story. That is definately in my all time fave Dr Who stories. One of the very best.
I'll go for The Three Doctors, as it was a pivitol story in the Dr Who mythos and finally had the first 3 Drs together, a very momentous story.
Again, Time Warrior was a very lacklusture start to Season 11, which was a dud of a season, in my humble opinion of course!!!! |

Sorry Martin, I simply dont like Season 11 at all!!!
The Unquiet Dead was a good story, very creepy. The Tomb of the Cybermen was good too, one of the classics.
I'll go for Tomb for this one.
Even though I love The Visitation and its a well rounded story, I'll go for Web of Fear, because I was very impressed by the remaining episode that I saw. Looked like one of the all time greats. |

Wheel In Space for sure. Time-flight didnt really make the grade, a badly written story.
At least Wheel was exciting, from what Ive seen.
Vengeance on Varos gets my pick. That story pre-dated Big Brother by 20 years - a good achievement!!
Underworld never really stood out for me. |

Just to clarify--Time Fight, on many people's worst list made it this far becuae it was up against Time and the Rani last table...
Underworld is so-so, Vengence is pretty good.
AND THAT'S IT FOR THIS TABLE!
We still have some conflicts from the first table, here they are again to see if we can come to a consensus...
The Armageddon Factor vs The Awakening.
The Daleks' Master Plan vs The Dæmons.
The King's Demons vs The Krotons.
The Two Doctors vs The Ultimate Foe. |

ok, after 'careful consideration' the choices of those last 4 are:
The Armageddon Factor - This is better than The Awakening I reckon.
The Daemons - one of the classics of the Pertwee era.
The King's Demons - I never liked The Krotons at all, so this gets it by default.
The Ultimate Foe - because that was the last televised story that Robert Holmes wrote, and was at least the best part of the Trial season. |

I'll start another list from the winners here.
Hmmm. I'll swap you Daleks' Master Plan and Krotons for
The Armageddon Factor and The Ultimate Foe.
One more here:
The Myth Makers vs The Pirate Planet. |

Pirate Planet for sure. One of the very fine Douglas Adams ones, that showed his humour very well. |
