The Bannermen were kind of dysfunctional and confused; perfect season 24 villains. I'd say the Gelth don't have much to worry about...and they get to posses their dead bodies!

I'll pick George Cranleigh from Black Orchid, as he was a very dastardly villain in the classic mould. |

I wouldn't write off Carrington so quickly--he did have a gun!

Goth for sure. The cloak and daggery of the Deadly Assasin was great to watch, wtih great villains such as Goth, made the story a classic. |

I can't really see Goth beating the Gods--he was kind of thick to be the Master's evil assistant!

I honestly cant remember much about either of them.
I suppose if I must choose, I'll go for Gravis, if only because I vaugely remember that one. |

Graff was a nobleman who'd lost his throne and was falling for a real estate scam. His main feature was a silly hat. The Tractators were a failed monster design. About even!

Definately the Great Intelligence and the Yeti.
The Yeti were very much classic monsters, who should have re-appeared again later on for sure.
2 Yeti stories wasnt enough in my opinion!! |

Statten could buy Hepesh. All the priest could do is threaten him with Aggador--which isn't going to happen!

Ice Warriors for sure. They were ruthless in their determination to dominate planets, and proved an effective enemy for the 2nd Dr.
Oddly though, I preferred them in the Pertwee stories. I thought their role reversal in Curse of Peladon was well done.
Would have been great had they been in the original Season 23 story that was planned.
But knowing JNT, he would have stuffed them up somewhow. |

The Ice Warriors are the remnants of a once powerful species, living either on the dying planet Mars or a new colony (New Mars--well they are pretty straight forward). IMC is an interstellar corporation with a handbook on dirty tricks for its space captains, it's gotta have better resources.
But as you say the Ice Warriors will win. They deserve to!

Jagrafess and the Editor for sure.
The actor who played the Editor was great, perfectly balancing menacing charm and true evil.
One of the best of the new series villains. |

I'm surprised they used Simon Pegg for such a throwaway character; I thought they'd get a couple of episodes out of him!

I thought Josiah was one of the more interesting villains of Season 26 or of the whole McCoy era.
Very sinister and deadly - one of the few villains that JNT got right. |

Kalik for sure.
I absolutely hate anything to do with Season 24 and that includes the Kandy Man!!!
As if a monster made out of candy was meant to be scary !!!!!! |
