I can't recall the villain in Mind of Evil, so Pangol wins this one.

It must be said that the Rutan was pretty pathetic. After all of the buildup in the previous Sontaron stories, all we finally got was a blob of green jelly!!

While I would hardly call Glitz a villain, I'd choose him over a green blob anyday!!!!

One of my earliest childhood memories is of Julian Glover tearing his face off to reveal the green monster beneath.

We have the latest TSV (73, the NZ DWFC magazine) in which there's a very funny article on the making of the DVD extra Eye on...Blatchford.

The Scientific Reform Society vs Sea Devils (or "Seas Devils").

To be honest, I never looked on the Sea Devils as being true villains.  They were quite sympathetic in the Pertwee story.

JNT made a mistake in making them out and out villains in Warriors, in my opinion.

So on the basis of being truly evil, I'll pick the people from Robot.

I thought SRS were fine for what they were, but regard the Sea Devils as second class Silurians. There's an exciting theory that the Ice Warriors are their polar cousins!

Battle of the masks!

The Silurians did it for me.  I never found them to be sympathetic at all - despite Barry Letts wanting them to be.

Sil was an ok villain, but all you had to do was shove him off his tank and that was it!!!!

I havent seen any of the bits of Shada, so I'll go for Sir Charles Grover, etc - even if the story was pretty bad.

I'll go for the Slitheens.

Even though they are mostly 'joke' villains, at least they posed a real threat.

I prefer to not think about the Horns of Nimon much, otherwise I get a headache...

Styggron wins for sure.

I have many memories of the story and those villains - I thought they were really evil.

The Android Invasion is one of the classic Baker stories in my opinion.  Pity Nick Courtney couldnt appear as the Brig in it though.

I'm not that fond of it--Guy Craven's eye isn't its only problem!

The Kraal were interesting and sympathetic which made them more than two dimensional.

Styre vs Sutekh the Destroyer.
